Week 3

I really enjoyed the Lego game, because we could really observe and experience the dynamics and collaboration between our team members.  For the first part of the game, we decided to break down the drawing into smaller portions so not only was it easier for us to describe the drawing, it would also act as a visual guide for our other team members to follow and build.   For the second part of the game, it was interesting to observe how, upon realizing that we did not have the correct pieces for the described object, we just move on to the generalized form of the object.  Nevertheless, we had tried to read through the descriptions and provide pieces that best matched them.

The one feedback that stood out to me after the game was the question of why no one thought to collaborate with other groups in finding the right pieces for their object.  We could have traded with each other and everyone would potentially build a close version of the car; moreover, everyone receiving instructions on a particular object could have collaborated with all the Lego pieces and perhaps build an even more accurate version of it.  It was an important reminder that we should utilize the resources around us to maximize each other's potentials and result in greater growth.
